Keynote Speakers

Vermont FBLA is excited to welcome Campus Solutions, LLC. as the keynote speaker for our Fall Leadership Conference. A Vermont-grown company started by young entrepreneurs who turned a big idea into reality. Their journey began when they won the UVM Pitch Contest, earning start-up funding to launch their business. Today, they provide storage and moving solutions designed for students—and they’re here to share how innovation, risk-taking, and determination helped them make their mark!

Ethan Israel is a senior at the University of Vermont, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a theme in Entrepreneurship. He helps organize events for the University of Vermont Entrepreneurship Club and assists in developingthe development of the Vermont Pitch Challenge. 2025-2026 CSTO Membership Drive

Giving Back. Giving Forward.

There are many ways to give to others. Giving back is one way. You can also give forward by sharing your time, talent, expertise, knowledge, support, and network. The best leaders are givers because they invest in others in multiple ways. Service is a form of giving.

The world of leadership needs more leaders who are givers. We call these givers “Servant-Leaders” because they are ambitious for the success of the mission or cause they signed up for, and ambitious for the success of others on their team. They are leaders who want to do things for people, not just take from them.

With this in mind, the VT FBLA has chosen to provide an opportunity for local chapters to give back to their individual communities, rather than offering conference swag. This is also an opportunity to give back as they network with other students who wish to participate in the VT FBLA organization. Local Chapters are encouraged to do a parallel fundraiser to match or overmatch the Vermont CTSO organization's donations on their behalf.

In this interactive session, you’ll design your own Personal Brand Canvas—a creative tool to map out your strengths, values, and goals. Walk away with a one-page snapshot that tells your story and sets you up to shine in college, your career, and beyond.

  • Adviser Lounge. Sponsored by the Vermont Society of CPAs, the Adviser Lounge will provide a dedicated space for FBLA advisers to work, connect with peers, and enjoy light snacks. Advisers are also invited to meet with staff from the Vermont FBLA.
